為推廣國人對起司的正確認識,TCPA 推出一系列的課程,只要您對起司有興趣,皆可依照個人程度與喜好報名。其中進階的起司專業檢定課程,乃 TCPA 與日本起司專門協會(NPO法人チーズプロフェッショナル協会)合作,課程後通過檢定考試者,將頒發國際認可之證書。
To promote a correct understanding of cheese among the public, the Taiwan Cheese Professional Association (TCPA) has developed a series of courses suitable for all individuals interested in cheese. Participants can enroll in courses based on their personal proficiency and preferences. Among these, the advanced cheese certification program is conducted in collaboration with the Cheese Professional Association of Japan (NPO法人チーズプロフェッショナル協会). Those who successfully complete the program and pass the certification examination will be awarded an internationally recognized certificate.
